I had to cancel an order my brain went straight to “ugh, this is going to be a hassle.” But it wasn’t. I messaged support, they got back to me the same day, asked for a couple of details, and then processed the refund without making it a whole thing. The money was back on my card a few days later. My quick rule of thumb now: if support replies fast, it’s usually a good sign. Overall, super easy experience.

The fragrance smelled really nice and was close to what I expected. It lasted a few hours on my skin, not the whole day, but enough to be decent. The bottle looked fine too, nothing suspicious. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the scent stuck around longer, but overall I’m happy with the quality.
